ADMIN Assistant

Job Description:
Junior administrator & office duties to include:

- Manage incoming and outgoing daily post and deliveries
- Processing, filing and data entry, orders/invoices etc.
- Answering phone calls, take payments, keep records
- Maintaining supplier accounts & filing as necessary
- General office duties as required (purchasing stocking)
- Must be open minded and flexible
- Adhoc duties

Minimum requirement:
- Must have residency in the UK
- Must speak fluent English
- Proficiency with office IT programs i.e: excel, microsoft word.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday
